Ultra Utilities Construction, LLC was founded in 2012 by Charles W Mitchell, a Lineman with a desire to help build solid utility structures. With safety our foremost thought, we provide the utility industry with hard work, integrity and quality turn-key operations. Our combined knowledge of over 50 years allows us the ability to provide Overhead and Underground Utility installations, repairs and replacements from 69kv – 0.
